The smell of fall HS football in South Jersey is getting stronger. Mark Trible, a Virginian at heart, had a vision to do more for the SJ football family. He came up with a 7on7 event that could do just that.
On July 24, he brought an idea into fruition by way of Washington Twp HS. The event was a collection of the best HS football talent in SJ from Rancocas Valley all the way to Salem as Far East as Cedar Creek. This was a showcase of the best and it did just that. From near falls with Cedar Creek & Salem to surprising upsets from Lenape over Camden, this event didn’t disappoint at all.
The championship consisted between the Cedar Creek Pirates & the new look Camden Panthers lead by Rob Hinson. Camden showed why they are the most intriguing team in the state. They got up to 30+ points in the 1st 10mins. They defeated the Pirates to take home the inaugural Mark Trible 7on7 Invitational championship trophy.
